The Home Owners’ Association Office’s hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The guardhouse at the main gate is operational 24 hours per day, 365 days per year

The Estancia Service Entrance’s hours of operation are:
7 a.m. to 6 p.m. from November 1 to May 31
6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. from June 1 to October 31
The service gate is closed all day on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
All vehicles here to provide services to residents must enter and exit through the service entrance.
Landscaping services are not permitted on Saturdays any time during the year.
